Postpartum Doula Shift Scheduling

The postpartum journey is unique to each family, and your support should be just as individualized. That's why Sowing Seeds offers fully customizable sessions that allow you to choose the care you need when it fits best into your schedule. With the flexible self-scheduling system, you can book sessions based on your specific needs and the timing that works for you, all within the availability on the provided calendar.

Available hours are typically during weekends and evenings, with select weekday offerings that change throughout the month. This flexibility can be a helpful advantage for families who may prefer not to commit to a fixed schedule or long-term contract. Whether you need one-time support, sporadic care on different days, or occasional check-ins, this flexible hourly care option allows you to choose what best suits your family’s rhythm, without the pressure of a formal hourly commitment.

Each session is tailored to address your unique needs, whether it's postpartum recovery, emotional support, household tasks, newborn care, lactation questions, or any other aspect of your journey. You can schedule exactly what you need, whenever it’s most convenient for you, giving you the freedom and support to thrive in this transformative time.

Following our Free consultation, clients are sent the calendar for self-scheduling with no minimum or maximum number of required hours, for as long as there is a child under the age of 3 years in the home. An invoice will be sent weekly after all in- person services. All online services must be paid prior to scheduling.
